Bukit Timah Estate
Noted to be a residential hub for the wealthy, Bukit Timah is home to many condominiums,

Region that spans 18 Sq Km with an estimated 78,000 residents. The estate is named after Singapore’s tallest hill, Bukit
Timah.
Bukit is Malay for "hill" and Timah is Malay for "tin", hence the often mistaken belief that the hill was full
of tin. In fact, the word 'Timah' was derived from the Temak tree which grew abundantly in the area.
