Marine Parade Estate

Marine Parade was the first housing estate built on reclaimed land. Located adjacent to East Coast Park, many flat units in the area have magnificent views of the sea. This perhaps partially explains why units in Marine Parade continue to be highly sought after by home buyers.

Marine Parade is an idyllic town well served by rows of neighbourhood shops, notable schools, and the popular commercial complex Parkway Parade, which houses both offices and a shopping centre. The nearby Katong/Joo Chiat area, an ethnic Peranakan enclave, charm easily with its beauty of yesteryear. Well-preserved shophouses with beautiful architecture are found on the streets here. The area is also well known for its myriad famous eateries.

Although there is no MRT station located within the immediate vicinity of the estate, Marine Parade is a short ride away from Eunos MRT station and Paya Lebar MRT station. It is also well connected to the East Coast Parkway, and a mere 15-20 minute drive to the city.
